If the wheel is just not your thing, but you’d love to create a mug or a bowl, this class could be for you. There will be guidance and demos on the wheel, as well as a number of hand building demos.
And then there’s always the option of combining the two techniques! - Throwing a piece on the wheel and then altering it with hand building techniques.

Next Level - Throwing Larger

Wed Jul 24th - Aug 28th 6:30pm - 9pm

Want to take the next step in your pottery journey! This class is for you!

This 6 week class is for people who have taken a beginning class or 2 and are looking to work on making advanced forms. Students must be able to create 5in cylinders on their own.

This class will focus on creating taller cylinders and closed forms which can be altered into various forms. To help with improvement, pieces on the wheel will often be cut in half to inspect the walls.

This class is about improving skills and less about about quantity.
